Potato curry is also called aloo curry or aloo ki Bujia. it is very popular all over the world. I am showing you how to do a delicious and healthy Aloo curry recipe. I am not using red chillies or too many spices. If you like spicy Aloo Curry, you need to add chillies and other spices according to your taste.
The ingredients you need are as follows:
1 chopped onions
2 chopped tomatoes
1 tablespoon of ginger paste
1 tablespoon of garlic paste
1 teaspoon: of cumin powder
2 teaspoons: coriander powder
1 teaspoon: of turmeric powder
1 teaspoon: of salt
Half a bowl of cooking oil
One kilo of potatoes
